Sale Description:
A fun estate/moving sale in a spectacular Monterey Colonial set in the prestigious neighborhood near Caltech and the Huntington Library Gardens. Featuring a stunning Yamaha upright piano that was purchased refurbished just a year ago, sterling and fine jewelry along with a nice collection of watches. We also have lots of household odds and ends, kitchenware and some nice pieces of traditional furniture.
Please park on Holladay Road between Lombardy and Orlando or on the North side of Lombardy between Hill and Arden as we have lifted permit parking restrictions for the sale. Red zones and "no parking anytime" signs are still in effect. We will enter/exit through the garage on Holladay.
Please note: The sale has been condensed to the kitchen, butler's pantry, family room and garage due to escrow requirements. While this will be a smaller sale, it will still be fun and full of treasures.
