Sale Description:
Wow! What a full house we have for you! All of our client's proceeds are being donated to Lutheran Social Services and California Lutheran Homes. Join us July 18th and 19th for a special treat in Arcadia. This estate is over 5000 square feet with treasures everywhere – including over 20 decorated Christmas trees. Our client believed the old adage that one was good but twelve were better. There are so many great items it's overwhelming! We will continue to add pictures of jewelry as the week goes on.
Please note: Due to the nature of the quantity of small items, there will be a dedicated smalls room with limited entry of only five people at a time. (We apologize in advance for the lines). All the treasures you select from this room will be bagged and kept in the room until you present a receipt for the bag after paying at the cashier by the exit.
PLEASE note, there will be no purses or bags allowed into the sale. Armed security will be onsite.
All jewelry is kept off-site until the morning of the sale. Please do not disturb the occupant.
Note: The jewelry making supplies will be sold together as a lot.
Pulled Item: The family decided to keep the Chinese desk and jewelry cabinet (not pictured).
Also, all office-style/multi-line phones are NOT for sale.

Our staff is unable to move large items. Please bring help when purchasing large items of furniture. Please notify a staff member when moving large items of furniture.
