Her innate curiosity about culture and history took root during her upbringing in Denmark where she honed her proficiency of Scandinavian antiquities. While residing in Taiwan, she immersed herself in exploring the region’s abundant antiques representing life and dynasties of centuries past. • No Prices will be given via phone or email.
• All sales are final. No returns or exchanges are allowed.
• All inventory is offered "as-is," "where-is" with no warranties.
• Enter at your own risk. Howe Estate Sales, LLC nor the homeowner are responsible for accidents inside or around the property!
• We do not offer pre-sales.
• No list or numbers, please line up outside the door.
• Cash preferred. If needed, we will accept Credit and Debit cards, should cell signal allow for processing. Please have your valid photo ID ready as we may check it. Please bring cash for transactions under $20 to expedite check out as cell signal sometimes takes some time to process cards.
• Please bring your own packing material and boxes.
• Our staff is unable to move large items. Please bring help when purchasing large items of furniture. Please notify a staff member when moving large items of furniture.
• Sales tax will be collected on all items based on the delivery or pickup address. We will not be accepting resale licenses, we apologize for any inconvenience. If you are purchasing an item for resale, please be sure to keep your receipt in your records. The California Department of Tax & Fee Administration has a section on the quarterly tax return where you are able to deduct the sale tax you paid once you sell an item.
