My clients have decided that it is time to downsize and will be selling the contents of their estate that they do not wish to take with them. My client had the home immaculately decorated with traditional and Asian furnishings. Everything she owns is of high caliber and quality. **Please note that the sale of the home was contingent on the sale of some of the furnishings.** Everything in the item description and in the pictures will be available for sale. Terms and Conditions:
All sales are final. All inventory is offered as is where is with no warranties. Cash only. We do not offer pre-sales. No list or numbers, please line up outside the door. We charge 9% CA sales tax unless you have a valid resale permit. We will check resale numbers on site. Please bring your own packing material and boxes. Our staff is unable to move large items. Please bring help when purchasing large items of furniture.
