A fun sale awaits you inside a spectacular Contemporary Craftsman home located in the Eaton Canyon area of Pasadena. We have a variety of newer items our clients no longer wish to take with them to their new home. There is everything from a contemporary Craftsman dining set to fine jewelry and home decor.

This sale has been condensed to the first floor and garage of the home. The second floor will not be open.

Please line up by the gate as that will be where you enter the sale.

  • Cash preferred. If needed, we will accept DEBIT cards, should cell signal allow for processing. Please have your valid photo ID ready as we may check it. Please bring cash for transactions under $20 to expedite check out as cell signal sometimes takes some time to process cards.

  • We collect 9.5% California sales tax unless you have a valid California resale license and are purchasing the items for resale. We will verify resale numbers on site with the CA Board of Equalization.

  • Please bring your own packing material and boxes.

  • Our staff is unable to move large items. Please bring help when purchasing large items of furniture. Please notify a staff member when moving large items of furniture.
