My clients have recently moved and decided to sell some of their Mid-Century furnishings. This sale will have an interesting assortment of furniture from Denmark as well as a Spanish antique dining set. Please note that this sale is mostly furniture with a mix of some ethnic items and Iranian rugs.

Howe Estate Sales, LLC nor the home owner are responsible for accidents inside or around the property! Cash only. We do not offer pre-sales. No list or numbers, please line up outside the door. We charge 9% CA sales tax unless you have a valid resale license. We will check resale numbers on site. Please bring your own packing material and boxes. Our staff is unable to move large items. Please bring help when purchasing large items of furniture. We do not have staff on hand to move. Please notify a staff member when moving large items of furniture.
