Sale Description:
Get ready for a fun estate/moving sale along the arroyo in Pasadena! This home is packed with traditional furnishings along with an assortment of china, silver and jewelry. Plus, lots of usable household goods, books and clothing. Our clients are in the process of a major downsize and are releasing decades of items.
Please note, our clients will be selling the Brown Jordan patio set and the dining set. However, these items will be used to stage the house when it will be sold in the coming weeks. These items cannot be removed from the property until the property is sold. Please take that into account if you are considering those items.
Please note: All gold, silver, jewelry and valuables are removed off site each night before the sale and will be brought back the following morning. Please do not disturb the resident or neighbors while you wait for the sale to open. Thank you!

We collect California sales tax unless you have a valid California resale license and are purchasing the items for resale. We will verify resale numbers on site with the CA Board of Equalization.
