Plus, you'll be on the list if we have a private estate sale that isn't publicly advertised.

Emails are usually sent out at 8pm the Thursday before a sale (Or 8pm Wednesday if the sale starts on Friday).  Since we don't want to bombard your inbox, we usually only send a few emails for each estate sale – one announcing the sale, another with a full address at 6am the day of the sale and an email announcing any discounts.

Please be sure to check your email and confirm your email address after filling out this form!

If you use Gmail.com to access your email: Be sure to move the email from your "Promotions" tab to your "Primary" inbox so that you won't miss a sale!  All you have to do is drag and drop the message to the "Primary" tab before you click on it.  When it asks to do this for future messages, click "Yes."  If you use a program like Outlook or Apple Mail to access your email, you don't have to worry about that.
