Sale Description:
Our client is an interior designer and has decided to move to a new space. For the past 30+ years, she has been traveling around the world accumulating unique pieces for both her personal collection and for interior design clients. Now is your chance to be able to purchase some really exquisite pieces – some of which she has kept for quite some time. We will have a large assortment of quality furniture including unique pieces from Asia and Europe. She also has a nice selection of one-of-a-kind smaller decorative objects, lighting fixtures, fine jewelry and listed art.

Due to COVID-19, this is a virtual estate sale. This sale will begin at 9am on Saturday, August 1. Everything is sold first come, first served just like a normal estate sale. Curbside pickup will be available for this sale on August 6th and 10th – by appointment only. You will be able to schedule a pickup time after paying for your items. We are spacing out appointments to help promote social distancing and create a safe pickup environment. Please wear a mask when picking up your items and understand you will be responsible for loading any furniture into your vehicle.

Sales tax will be collected on all items based on the delivery or pickup address. We will not be accepting resale licenses, we apologize for any inconvenience. If you are purchasing an item for resale, please be sure to keep your receipt in your records. The California Department of Tax & Fee Administration has a section on the quarterly tax return where you are able to deduct the sale tax you paid once you sell an item.

In order to be fair to all customers, your cart will only be reserved for 20 minutes from the time that you place your first item in your cart. This time includes the time it will take you to checkout so please have your debit/credit card ready. To guarantee that you will be able to purchase the item you wish to purchase, we strongly encourage you to checkout as soon as you put each item in your cart. After 20 minutes your cart will be deleted and other customers will be able to purchase any items you placed in your cart.

The cart hold system works very well, but is not perfect. If you want an item we strongly encourage you to checkout immediately. We apologize in advance for any bugs or errors in the system. We are doing our best as a small, local business to create a fair system that works well. This website works best when using a desktop or laptop computer.
