Sale Description:
Our client is an avid collector and furniture restorer in Pasadena. Over the years she has amassed an eclectic collection spanning styles from traditional to mid-century modern. She has decided to move into a smaller space and sell a large portion of her collection. Starting September 18th we will be offering a variety of antiques, furniture, art, jewelry and some interesting odds and ends for sale. Many of the pieces available she restored herself, so this sale will provide buyers the unique opportunity to acquire furniture in great condition for a great value. Due to COVID-19, this sale will be an online virtual estate sale.

Due to COVID-19, this is a virtual estate sale. This sale will begin at 9am on Friday, September 18. Everything is sold first come, first served just like a normal estate sale. Curbside pickup will be available for this sale from September 19th through 22th – by appointment only. All items MUST be picked up by 5pm on Tuesday, September 22nd. You will be able to schedule a pickup time after paying for your items. If you cannot make an available time, please call us at 626-755-8950. We are spacing out appointments to help promote social distancing and create a safe pickup environment. Please wear a mask when picking up your items and understand you will be responsible for loading any furniture or heavy items into your vehicle.

Sales tax will be collected on all items based on the delivery or pickup address. We will not be accepting resale licenses, we apologize for any inconvenience. If you are purchasing an item for resale, please be sure to keep your receipt in your records. The California Department of Tax & Fee Administration has a section on the quarterly tax return where you are able to deduct the sale tax you paid once you sell an item.

In order to be fair to all customers, your cart will only be reserved for 20 minutes from the time that you place your first item in your cart. This time includes the time it will take you to checkout so please have your debit/credit card ready. To guarantee that you will be able to purchase the item you wish to purchase, we strongly encourage you to checkout as soon as you put each item in your cart. After 20 minutes your cart will be deleted and other customers will be able to purchase any items you placed in your cart.

The cart hold system works very well, but is not perfect. If you want an item we strongly encourage you to checkout immediately. We apologize in advance for any bugs or errors in the system. We are doing our best as a small, local business to create a fair system that works well. This website works best when using a desktop or laptop computer.

All items are sold as-is. We will describe all items to the best of our ability but please understand that everything is used (and likely vintage) so there will be some signs of wear. Signs of wear include but are not limited to scratches, marks and tarnishing. Please read all item descriptions and view all photos. Please use the zoom feature on the photos to check for any signs of wear or damage. We will write in the description if there are any chips, cracks or other large signs of wear. No returns or exchanges are permitted. All items sold are final sale.

Terms & Conditions for Virtual Sales:

• The website will go live at 9am the day of the sale, no sales will be permitted before then. Everything is sold first come, first served.
• In order to be fair to all customers, your cart will only be reserved for 20 minutes from the time that you place your first item in your cart. This time includes the time it will take you to checkout so please have your debit/credit card ready. To guarantee that you will be able to purchase the item you wish to purchase, we strongly encourage you to checkout as soon as you put each item in your cart. After 20 minutes your cart will be deleted and other customers will be able to purchase any items you placed in your cart.
• The cart hold system works very well, but is not perfect. If you want an item we strongly encourage you to checkout immediately. We apologize in advance for any bugs or errors in the system. We are doing our best as a small, local business to create a fair system that works well. This website works best when using a desktop or laptop computer.
• All items are sold as-is. We will describe all items to the best of our ability but please understand that everything is used (and likely vintage) so there will be some signs of wear. Signs of wear include but are not limited to scratches, marks and tarnishing. Please read all item descriptions and view all photos. Please use the zoom feature on the photos to check for any signs of wear or damage. We will write in the description if there are any chips, cracks or other large signs of wear. No returns or exchanges are permitted. All items sold are final sale.
• We accept debit and credit cards as forms of payment
• Sales tax will be collected on all items based on the delivery or pickup address. We will not be accepting resale licenses, we apologize for any inconvenience. If you are purchasing an item for resale, please be sure to keep your receipt in your records. The California Department of Tax & Fee Administration has a section on the quarterly tax return where you are able to deduct the sale tax you paid once you sell an item.
